At last – face to face is back and we’re back in Dorset! Join us for one of TWO six-week Taster Courses at the fantastic Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre.  Drop-ins are not currently available so we are trialling a morning and an after-work introductory course at just £30 each to see what works best for you! Core stability and breathing

Core stability and breathing awareness are the first steps to re-training and maintaining good postural alignment. A strong core is our scaffolding. Combined with a natural and efficient breathing pattern, we feel energised and able to move with increased confidence.

flexibility & flow

We all need to be able to move comfortably, safely, with confidence and a strong sense of our own well-being. Can adults become more flexible? Yes, of course! Little, often, with attention to good technique on individual exercises and flow…. you will be amazed at the results. 


Sedentary lifestyles, age and injury can all lead to a reduced sense of balance and an associated increased risk of trips, falls and related injuries. This can happen gradually, almost unseen. Regular Pilates sessions can help provide progressive improvement to our balance, whatever our age or ability.

strength & stamina

What to do with all that rebooted core strength, stamina, balance, flow, flexibility and confidence? We think we should have some fun. Whatever your starting point, what matters most is to take those first steps and START! Our classes are small, welcoming, non-competitive, inclusive and good fun. So whether you are a complete beginner, experienced athlete or looking to try something new, please join us – you never know where it may lead!


Sharon Morgan is an experienced and fully insured APPI Pilates Instructor, Level 4 British Gymnastics coach, massage therapist (ITEC), and outdoor learning educator. She believes in retraining and strengthening movement over time, bigging up the little steps – and enjoying the journey.
